At Divoom International, we stand behind the quality of our pixel art speakers and displays, offering a 30-day window for returns or exchanges if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

Return Process

  Securely pack your Divoom device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label or use a trackable carrier to send the package back to our designated international distribution center.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
